    Every certified BIOXE installer works from our own software, developed in house by Surface Solution Systems. One Digital Platform to calculate, order, track and manage every project, so each floor is built to specification and every kit is accounted for.

    Calculate

    Enter the floor area for each level and the Digital Platform works out exactly how many kits the floor needs at the rated coverage. Kits round up per level, so every floor gets a full coat.

    Order

    Installers order BIOXE ESD-01 directly from us, inside the Digital Platform. Attach the building plans, confirm the measured areas, set the delivery date and place the order. We check the measurements against the plans before we confirm.

    Crews upload photos and video for every zone before it can be marked complete. Supervisors approve the work and SSS gives it a QC compliance rating, so every square metre has a record behind it.

    Every installation, measured

    One dashboard shows how every installation of our product is tracking: programme progress, coverage compliance, kits installed against planned, square metres covered, zone status, progress by site and SSS QC compliance ratings, all updating as zones are approved.

    Manage to specification

    Coverage is checked live against the 70 m² per kit rating. If a floor is spread too thin, the installer sees it before the zone is signed off, not after.
